I mean, by that line of reasoning, we would still have children working 80 hours a week down in the coal mines. We live in a society. Businesses operate according to the rules that the people in that society have opted to create for the common good.

There are myriad legal issues regarding employment and immigration.  Then there is the cost of relocating itself.  Of course, it can be extremely difficult to expatriate if you don’t speak the language fluently.  Then, there is isolation from friends and family.  

WRT the Trump emissions rollback thing: hasn’t his only argument (outside of “I’m the boss, so you have to do what I say”) been “new cars are unsafe because they have crumple zones?”  It’s amazing to me the mental gymnastics Trump supporters go through to rationalize the bats--t ideas coming out of the Oval Office. 

It’s quite the interesting interplay between the “fuck the cops” and “fuck the millionaires” crowd I’d imagine. 

Because it’s a ~13 hour flight to Istanbul, so you’d want two sets of pilots to cover it. Alternatively, they may have arrested the pilots who flew him to Lebanon as well, if they were different.
