What’s funny is (not haha funny) when Boeing and MDD “merged” it was really the management of MDD that took over much of Boeing. So that toxic culture from MDD infiltrated the ranks of Boeing, and here we are today. That same delinquent MDD culture still failing decades later.

Any features should be able to be looked up via VIN #. And that info should not be blocked. Nor should it ever change unless it’s spelled out to be subscription based like Onstar or Uconnect.
