I could not agree more.
In fact, it’s precisely why when I bought my Charger years ago, I opted for the 18" wheels over the 20" wheels that were far more prevalent.
The sidewalls were quite thin. Rougher ride. WAYYYY more expensive per tire to replace. And the Al rims were put at unnecessary risk.
No regrets on my 18"…
