Expect a bong doesn’t really work as an example. You can really smoke anything in a bong, hence why the item itself is legal in places. It’s not modding...This bot program is made to ‘evade’ the checks Blizzard has, thus the owners of the code must have gotten their hands on some of Blizzards sourcecode for the ‘checker’. I’m not a lawyer but if you make something that it’s ONLY use is to ‘break the law’ it should be illegal.

Finding actual proof of people leaving the game because of bots would NOT be hard to find. Look at the forums when the bots started hitting the Arena and PVP in large numbers. Lots of posts of angry people who quit, heck I know a few PVP guilds who quit because of bots.
