Actually it would be more like you wanted to make a movie, about some character in the past of ‘Tichy’s story’ that was some war hero and was making a documentary on his battles. Not that you wanted to just make a movie version of something he ‘published.

Sure, destroy the hidden camera and you have less chance of being able to figure out who the heck did it. You have no right to destroy the camera of the person who climbed up in the tree to take the pictures, so you have no right to destroy the drone. You do have the right to call the cops for various reasons.

Expect a bong doesn’t really work as an example. You can really smoke anything in a bong, hence why the item itself is legal in places. It would be more like I dont know, a ‘good’ idea on this eludes me...Basically, if the item only has illegal uses and cannot be used in a legal way, then there should be a problem.

It’s not modding...This bot program is made to ‘evade’ the checks Blizzard has, thus the owners of the code must have gotten their hands on some of Blizzards sourcecode for the ‘checker’. I’m not a lawyer but if you make something that it’s ONLY use is to ‘break the law’ it should be illegal.

Finding actual proof of people leaving the game because of bots would NOT be hard to find. Look at the forums when the bots started hitting the Arena and PVP in large numbers. Lots of posts of angry people who quit, heck I know a few PVP guilds who quit because of bots.

EULA says you will not do X.....Program does X...thus illegal.
