Navigator is body-on-frame and could tow a Palisade without breaking a sweat. It also looks massively better, has better interior materials, and more comfort for 3 rows (or even 1 row) of passengers. They’re not directly comparable. Even the Aviator doesn’t directly compare to the Palisade or Telluride (which looks

“The Navigator doesn’t use a gear selector or a dial. It uses buttons, located on the center console, beneath the air vents. You get used to it after a few times, but I couldn’t figure out why this was something that needed redesigning.”

no, no it isn’t.  To get a Rover with this level of trim puts you around 160.  I looked and holy crap, those go up to 200k with options.

Because there are 2 people in the world. Those who see the difference and those who don't. While I agree that Palisade looks fantastic, I would never cross shop it with a Navigator.

Literally everything. One is a nice car. The other is a full on Luxury Land Yacht SUV that any Billionaire CEO or Oligarch (splitting hairs) would feel at home in. The difference in Luxury between a $31k Palisade and a Navigator is at least as great as the difference between the Navigator and the Rolls Royce Cullinan.

This is the same type of guy that mocks your new Vette/Stang/M series/etc purchase because he has a 98 Civic with $3000 in mods that’s faster. No point in debating.

Next up, why M5 more expensive than Kia Stinger?

Hot take: this IS the new Lincoln Continental.

Says “serious question”, then throws up a completely different class of vehicle.  So much wrong here.

I’ve spent a lot of time in my friend’s non-Black Label version, and drove it for a couple of hours. I’m cheap, but I honestly think the Navigator is worth every penny.  If I had the means, I’d have one for sure. Unfortunately for me they’re not depreciating like the previous generation.

Thank you; this pleases me greatly.

Having driven and spent plenty of time as a passenger in my buddies 2018 Yacht Club Navigator, pictures and the even high praise in this article, especially the interior, can’t do it justice. I’ve never spent time in a Bently or Rolls but I can’t imagine the interior being much nicer than the Navigators. When compared

Pictures look nice and I'm sure it's a good car, but I bet the Lincoln is still tons more comfortable and uses much better materials.

I like reliability... so I would prefer the Lincoln.

Navigator is a luxury car from a luxury brand with a luxury price. Same as the s class. Both dont offer their price tag worth of features over a comparable vehicle from an economy brand but it doesnt matter. The people that buy this do so for the brand and desire to be seen as wealthy by non car enthusiasts and to

I get where you are coming from, but they are different vehicles.

This may be the most relevant-to-me article I’ve come across in my 10+ years of reading Jalopnik. My wife and I are buying a house for the first time in two weeks, with a two car garage and one exterior parking space. I finally have room for a toy, and approval to spend around $10k. I will be watching these comments

Boom! This is all you need!
