Thank you! It's been great to me. It has over 250k now, and it's about ready for its midlife update lol. The drivetrain is still solid, but the rest of the systems are showing their age.
I encouraged my friend to buy a new body style Accord, she hasn’t regretted it. It’s just an LX, but its been good so far, and she loves it. Btw, I just picked up a 1996 Accord LX coupe with a 5 speed yesterday.
Good lord, that thing is ugly. It’s as though Hyundai is doing it's best to hasten the death of the sedan. One look at that ugly mug will have people running to the Santa Fe.
To be fair, the 4.0L Northstar in the Aurora was not nearly as troublesome as the 4.6L in the Caddies. The first gen Aurora is one of my favorite GM vehicles of all time.
2017 Ford Focus Titanium. And, thank you.
My beloved 1995 Taurus agrees.
I resemble that remark.
I absolutely love it. I had the fortune to drive a Niva when visiting an “internet buddy” in Canada. I had to take my shoes off because the pedals were too close together, but other than that, I loved it. Rugged. Simple. Useful. Honest. Hard-working. This vehicle has it all in spades.
Really reminds me of a comment I read where the person suggested that all of our military vehicles could be replaced by Toyota Tacomas, if the armed forces weren’t so damm patriotic.
They must be doing something right.
I think they did. Vapid would’ve been a more appropriate name for it.
Yes! Imagine the balls it took to name your first car "Legend". We need *that* Acura again.
I think it’s the best looking Acura since the first TSX. Could Acura be taking a cue from Lincoln? As in, returning to its roots and focusing on what it’s best at, while embracing clean, tasteful and appropriate styling? I sure hope so. (And no, I’m not in any way suggesting that Lincoln and Acura’s pasts are the…
That looks tasty.
Agreed. I dont want a Focus ST, Fiesta ST, Fusion Sport, Accord 2.0T, or Taurus SHO because I do not need 4 doors, and I simply dont want a 4 /5 door. The Veloster seems like it would be practical enough when I (rarely) have backseat riders without looking like a family vehicle.
If Ford doesnt build a Bronco that I find acceptable and/or affordable, my first new car purchase may be one of the following:
The Element is indeed versatile and unique. Nobody could get away with calling it beautiful, lol, but I like it.
There is a very good reason that everyone sees different trucks in the look of this one, and others have stated it correctly: it’s a mixed bag of styling from so many trucks. It’s only original in that it copies from many different vehicles, instead of cloning a single one. To me, it looks like a Suzuki Equator that…
Sure it does. So what if it looks like a refreshed Suzuki Equator, it’s way better because it isnt American. Duh.
