Or anything aside from a Mitsubishi Mirage. Amirite?

It is an absolute shame that nobody, NOBODY offers a regular cab long bed, or even an extended cab with a longer bed.
Thats good, I hope it treats you well. My cousin bought a 2016 a month or so ago, it’s been problematic thus far unfortunately.
I love it. The thought has occured to me, since buying my 2005 Honda Element, that its ripe for doing something like this. Maybe not a sliding roof, per se, but an open rear cargo area. Like a ute conversion, or something similar to a Daihatsu deck van.
Kyree! It's good to see you, man. How are you and what are you driving these days?
I agree, that’s a valid question. And, the only answer I can give is that I swear them off and stick to it for years until one comes along and convinces me to try again, because THIS TIME, itll be different. It’s like battered housewife syndrome lol.
You really think he bought all these cars new?!
IKR? I find myself fawning over certain GM vehicles of the past that have now become cheap, like a 1999 Oldsmobile Aurora, a late 90s Grand Prix, or the GMC I have now, then the reality of their miserable quality comes into play and I almost always am able to resisit... and when I dont, it bites me in the ass. Hard.
Nonsense. The natural place is in the junkyard, next in line for the crusher.
So much promise, so little delivered.
New one, hands down. I’m sure you could find a nicely-equipped 5.0L XLT for $40k if you spent a little time shopping around. I personally wouldnt mind the 2.7L, but that takes away the “just a wimpy V-6" mentality shared amongst many of us (conveniently ignoring the exceptional power and fuel economy the EcoBoost…
I actually wouldnt mind one of those Lada sedans, in better condition obviously lol. It looks quite a bit like a Datsun 510.
Then why arent cheap cars outselling expensive ones? Why is the Rav4 Toyota’s best seller and not a strip model Yaris? People would rather buy a used nice car than a new poverty-spec econobox. They dont care that it makes less sense financially.
Nahh, they’re the same. Sure, one costs $36 and the other $36,000, but those are minor details.
Lol
Yeah, the NERVE of some people going against all the misinformation you’ve heard all your life (or at least the last 40 years or so). Sheesh
Haha, touche my friend. I’m sure there were bigger versions of the latest Grand Prix, Regal and other recycled names, but hopefully you (and others) got my point. Downsizing is hardly the norm anymore, most everything grows in size with each successive generation. Trucks are no different, and the amount they’ve grown…
Always been an admirer of the rear-engine Tatra cars. Its been a dream of mine since I was a kid and first read about them to see, hear, and/or drive one. I'd like to have the last version they built in my fantasy car collection.
1. That the Ford Pinto was exceptionally dangerous compared to other cars. It actually had a lower “death rate” than the Toyota Corolla, VW Beetle or Datsun/Nissan 1200/210.
Agreed. I saw a '69 Mercury Comet on craigslist for cheap the other day (note that in 1969, the Comet was not a dowdy little Falcon with more chrome, it was a much bigger car). This would be awesome in that ride.
