that you are so blissfully unaware of your own entitlement tells us all we need to know about you and how seriously to take your comment.

I’ve not yet forgiven DD for buying, absorbing, and then eliminating Mister Donut. Even as a kid I appreciated how much better Mister Donut was to DD.

Just spitballin’ here, but we’re sure we want to discount the bubbles so quickly? Perhaps they bear, in some strange way to mosquito perception, a similarity to mosquito predators or other undesirables and therefore the bubbles themselves play a role. Or perhaps the reflective surface confuses/scares them?

I can’t

I agree supply is starting to catch up, but show me a single website where it’s in stock and not marked up - we’re not there yet.

I’d attribute your experience to the fact that those willing to pay reseller markup prices have already done so. Not that I’m accusing you of that, but those are the people looking on ebay.

supporting ultrawide resolutions goes beyond technical limitations and updates - it can break a game.

LOL - just got my ps5 this week. Disregarding the understated suggestion about ps4 game transfers over wifi being slower than cabled transfers, I regretted my decision to transfer (just one game!) over wifi at about hour 8, as my new ps5 couldn’t be used until the transfer was complete.

So if people start airdropping nudes at the mall, will you say all the same things about how malls are refusing to address the issue? What about in coffee shops? Restaurants? Ball games? Libraries? Who will you blame if it happens on the sidewalk - the city?  You’re really setting yourself up for a losing battle if

NFL Blitz - hell yeah!!!   good, good times

Thanks Beth. I’m a new runner and have just dipped a toe into this and learned how deep this rabbit hole goes so far as shoe selection. My crosstrainers are working great, and I’ve always been of the mind “if it ain’t broke....” so this is a very welcome affirmation of just applying common sense and not succumbing to

can you give me some examples of how best to express my appreciation for my mail carrier? I give her $20 during the holidays with a thank-you note, and also $20 whenever I have a troublesome delivery (like when I have to order live honeybees).

that was GameStop’s (totally serious!) argument when they told their stores to remain open during the pandemic and tell local authorities that questioned them that they were an essential business

yes, all those things are possibilities...  and while we’re speculating we could add hundreds more things that they “could” do...    but we want to know what they ARE doing.

thanks for the leg work and link, but knowing what a device is capable of doesn’t begin to answer the question of how it and its data are being used.

the article says the crosswalk time is 45 seconds (arguably not enough to walk the 10 lane crossing).    the long waits in the article were talking about how long the PEDESTRIANS had to wait

Not being american is your blind spot - our entire country and infrastructure has been built around cars. Not that it’s impossible to get around without but life is about ten times as hard without a car. A part of me agrees with you though: abuse the privilege, endanger other people, KILL SOMEONE? lose the privilege.

I remember reading that there is less total sweetener in the “zero” products (coke & pepsi) - coke zero uses two different sweeteners, the total of which add up to less than the amount of the single sweetener in diet coke, but they act synergistically to taste sweeter.

...and I believe that REASON is habit, not superior taste.  What do you say to that?  :)

“endorse full use of the available equipment in all design configurations”  LOL  ok, cool - glad we’re on the same page, sorry for misunderstanding.

heck yeah! I thought I was the only weirdo.  Started for me because I have a tumbler that I use for both hot & cold, and shakes, and had some coffee left over in there that I just built the shake on top of one day, awesome!  Only with chocolate though.  I don’t dare try w/ vanilla.

yep. I’m normally not one to hold a grudge, but a rare exception for me is EA. I’ll never forgive them for killing C&C.  Never.  Westwood Studios was on point, shoulda just left ‘em alone.
