You realize you’re an outlier, right? I mean, there’s a few places that provide school lunches, but it’s far from the norm and Republicans actively fight against it everywhere they can.

(Republicans keep trying to reduce free/subsidized school lunches every single fucking time the Farm Bill comes up for renewal).

I personally think the entire market can be summed up by Ford CEO Jim Farley, who said, “Unfortunately, we completely under-called the demand for Mavericks.”

Maybe customer expectations are just in line with new car’s price point. With a $13,000 new car your just happy if you car has cup holders a radio , power locks and air conditioner. A mitsubishi mirage is $18,000 and its a micro compact three cylinder shitbox. A  base model honda accord is now $30,000 and other than

Upton Sinclair once said:It is difficult to get a man to understand something, when his salary depends upon his not understanding it.”

Well built, reliable, cars at affordable prices. They know, they just don’t like it. That is why they keep throwing in all those baubles and toys to try and distract us.

F*&%^$ Ford for doing this.

And still barely a word about the 600 some men, women and children who perished in the Mediterranean. Preliminary reports are that a Greek Navy ship attached a tow line briefly after the boat lost power- and then detached it and left. In any event, the vessel sank with hundreds of people below deck who never had a

That segment was brutal.  Have never lived with an HOA, and never will.

Last Week Tonight did a deep dive on HOAs recently. Besides obviously attracting the most Karen of Karens to run them, they are becoming very difficult to avoid because local governments are more than happy to hand power to the HOAs so that they don’t have to deal enforcing local laws and codes. This has resulted in

this API change is affecting are a very loud, yet VERY small minority of Reddit users, much like MAGA idiots IRL. Reddit(and CEO boy, who has def put his foot in his mouth a few times over this) doesn’t care, because those people are likely not seeing ads to begin with

Reddit forgets its history; rising with the prideful fall of Digg.

It’s unpopular and also missing important context about the pricing and context. Remember that Reddit only had value because these mods do millions of hours of work for absolutely no pay whatsoever. Reddit only has value because of their input. Also, Reddit isn’t merely charging enough to cover their costs, they’re

Absolutely agree. I miss website communities that weren’t all meshed together. Communties you had to find, specialty forums, bbs’s, etc...Social Media was a mistake.

What’s hilarious is that Reddit lives off of Free Labor (Unpaid Mods) and User Engagement (Advertising) + Money Spent within App. Now they are trying to use the Musky Twitter Model and destroy both Free Mods (Labor) and Users who will go elsewhere once the next site pops up. Trust that I have zero attachment to Reddit

I’ve seen at least a couple (probably more) videos/articles about how Reddit is the new Google. I think it’s very common to add “reddit” to the end of your search, because you’re almost guaranteed to find a Reddit post, and Google searches are becoming useless otherwise.

You are not alone.

The internet was a better place before it was raped by capitalists.

Someone has got to step up for Cloak & Dagger. It has some truly powerful character work and deserves a lot more credit.

AoS deserves top 1, frankly

I was pretty sure WandaVision and Loki would be 1-2, but Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D at 9? That’s crazy math.
