Not sure if this has been pointed out in the comments so far, but technically speaking Bárðarbunga (Bardarbunga) is not erupting. A lava dike traveled out of the volcano, connected with another volcano, and erupted in an old lava field called Holuhraun 30 or 40 km from the volcano. Therefor, this eruption is more

My Ouya arrived 2 days ago and I wanted to post here with a little mini-review reply to this post. I do agree with this post to a greater extent. If you are not a indie gamer freak or a hobby game developer then I would say "wait a bit". Wait for Ouya to polish the storefront and the software. Still, I god damn love

That's sort of like saying "don't dress slutty if you don't want to get raped"

I am affiliated with my country's pirate party, I pirate, I am very interested in Wikileaks, IMMI, and other organizations. The US government would probably not put my stuff on their "boring list".

...or just grow a full beard. problem solved. :)

I'll go for Angry Birds: Rio and off-brand tetris over Call of Dogs anyday! ;)

Actually, they have a nice share of the parking lot for their stuff. They got food trucks, seating area, a convertable/openable container with consoles and so on. https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid…

...and my point was that non-digital art is a completely valid way to create art. Therefor sometimes there is the need for the distinction between a digital artist and a traditional artist. Your post seemed to indicate there were only digital artists.

I don't know if you have heard but many artists still work with pastels, oil, acryl and such. Even concept artists for video games. A notable mention would be Craig Mullins who does concept art for Bungie but he does all of his work in oil. (for example, a lot of the Halo and Destiny concept art)

I got into the beta a week ago and it was a perfect timing because I had just purchased a second computer. I now have all of my projects and data from my main computer sync'ed to my new laptop with BitTorrent Sync. We are talking about over 160 gigabytes of data. This is what I've been waiting for for years!

It's remnants from the good old Vi/Vim text editor days. Not really good old though as people still use those text editors, mainly programmers of course though, which probably resulted in those easter egg key shortcuts showing up in various websites which eventually turned them into a "standard".

Now playing

Ali G looks more badass when he gets dressed. (edit: fixed, correct video this time)

I did see a tweet from the guys behind reeder.app to not worry about google reader shut down affecting Reeder. Lets hope they will live up to the promise.

You remind me of this guy http://www.theonion.com/articles/area-man-constantly-mentioning-he-doesnt-own-a-tel,429/

It's the beginning of Skynet.
