Death penalty? For this guy? No. Two words: Gen pop. The other inmates will address the issue, and there will be a mysterious lack of evidence and witnesses. If his crimes are common knowledge and he doesn’t get special protections, I don’t see him getting any further into his 30s.

Yeah, but researchers showed a fair few of them end up successful businessmen as well. They don’t have to be violent. They are violent because they know there is little anything is done against their violent tendencies.
