I spent a chunk of time doing some very tedious carving on a custom license plate tray. I did not count on spending so much time on this one and I’ve realized I seriously undercharged for it. Oh well. Valuable life lesson.

Sorry, but Meg Ryan should be the cautionary tale for any actress who feels pressured to go under the knife to recapture youth. Whoopi and Molly Shannon both look wonderful and normal sitting next to her and they’re roughly the same age as Meg.

I did a couple wood burnings on smaller samples of animals for a friend.

I desperately covet this wrap dress he did for Lane Bryant a year or two ago. Hat and all.

I’m starting to think I’m crazy for attempting this but I put sparkle socks on hold to cast on a new pair for the Ravellenic games. So now I have a little over two weeks to knit a pair of socks which is almost twice as fast as my previous efforts. I’m aiming for 1/5th a sock a day and I’m 3 pattern repeats away from

Buster Dog has been the benefactor of the crafts I’ve made from my husband’s clothes.

it’s the kind of movie that somehow manages to slip back into the recesses of your memory very easily

The Leagues had a dilemma: The customer lived with a traumatic brain injury, and was one of the chain’s most loyal customers. They knew he seemed to struggle with impulse control.

I really enjoyed Hanna and think that Saoirse did a great job. the editing in a couple of places seemed odd to me, especially towards the end when Hanna was at the cottage. But overall, I thought it was a very solid movie with really good action. And it was directed by Joe Wright.

As someone who actually loved the movie, what I’m most worried about is how they would balance the dynamic. Hanna was ultimately about the growth of the main character after she leaves home, so I don’t see how they could do the series with both her and the father together as that would hit the dynamic hard. Yet at the

The one shot of Glover in the trailer, casually lounging and flashing a smile like a smooth motherfucker told me all I needed to know about how well Glover nailed it.
