Dr. Marvin Monroe was never a beloved character.

I thought Sandra Oh was super unattractive. But I watched Grey's with my gf, and actually quite liked her character, which helped hugely. Kate Walsh is damn hot. I approve of this.
Pork chop sandwiches!
I am entirely on the other side of Mr Hughes' views. Moonrise was alright. I watched Budapest and Mr Fox with my mom over Christmas. I had seen Budapest and loved it. She thought it was great too. Fantastic Mr Fox didn't go anywhere. I was just bored. Willem Dafoe's evil rat guy was one of the few good things about…
I agree, how many times have The Simpsons done montages like that? It was fun though. Also, BCS is also a bit more whimsical show, e.g. the kooky show intro compared to BB show intro.
You can get bags of solely the rye chips, usually only at convenience stores though. Good luck getting a sale price.
Where does IG-88 factor into all of this?
Ideally you pick a celebrity that anyone would know of, but *has not* been in the public eye lately. Not knowing quite how the celebrity now looks, versus 5 years ago, makes it easier to get away with. Harder for them to compare you versus a faded mental image of Kevin Costner.
Is this Daredevil also known as Colin, who robbed Paddy's Pub?
Charlie's character reminds me of the Fear and Loathing line: "There he goes. One of God's own prototypes. Some kind of high powered mutant never even considered for mass production. Too weird to live, and too rare to die"
They actually don't focus on their excessive drinking all that much considering how messed up these characters are. The plane setting was key since most people would do nearly anything possible to get away from that behavior.
That awful Tchotchkes-esque bar was spot on.
The Country Mac episode: herb at the planetarium by the vending machine was stellar.

In Frank Retires, they use another cue from Peer Gynt: "Anitra's Dance". All of the cues, schmaltzy bicycle bell music from 50s Germany, classical, Hollaback Girl, You're the Best Around, et cetera, are wonderful.
That may be the episode most densely packed with quotes. Troll toll. What you say. I'm a man, see. Fine local "the-A-ter". Antonio. Going for gasps!
The Gang Dines Out is my favorite. They ruin a night for every normal person. They try to destroy each other. They imagine implied insults and don't understand normal social basics (pay tribute??). But all is forgiven when they come together to senselessly mock an innocent person. In a Seinfeld-esque way, the…
As others have mentioned that Pepe Sylvia = Pennsylvania. (I wish I caught that.) To further it, Carol may be "care of"? That seems like a further explanation for no such person. Merely listening to what Charlie says in crazy enough. Add the illiterate writings e.g. DRAM BOK, WERM HAT, and you get a madcap modern…
My mom told me two days ago to have no mushy obituary for her. I promised that hers will be riddled with bad puns. This was met with jubilant approval. Done and done. (Likewise if vice versa.)
Brilliant.
