“Little Women” isn’t a remake, it’s an adaptation of a book that’s been adapted before. And her version is an assured, unique retelling of the story that stands up to, or bests, the previous adaptations.

Your comment is like saying Villeneuve’s Dune is a remake of Lynch’s Dune.

S2 is written and they start filming this month and wrap up next August.

Season 2 is already written and it starts filming later this month and continues until August 2023.

It’s a relief to know we’ll get a second season.

What’s a DVD?

Gilroy said they start filming S2 this month and finish in August 2023. Then post-production which will carry them into 2024.
