Yeah this site is impossible on mobile. Don’t bother with this site unless you have Brave, which has a built in ad/media blocker. Hell even on desktop the constantly playing videos is just forcing everyone to use an ad blocker.

This is great coding, fantastic, love trying to read articles on this website.

I’m pretty damned sure, yeah. A nice knuckle sandwich? Maybe, but shooting someone? Naw man, that’s some fuckin Death Wish 2/3 shit. Not the first one that was actually good, but the ones where it was all about having fun shooting people for petty theft.

I’d love to know what this so-called prank actually was. The only thing I’ve seen was one site said he had been right up in the guy’s face with his camera. It seems like they’ve been proud of previous times they’ve annoyed and harassed people enough they get angry, so I’m not completely surprised their “pranks”

Between none of the reporting describing the “prank” and a cursory view of their channel, in addition to their statement that they’ll continue “pranking”, I’m more than inclined to believe that there was no actual “prank” and it was likely just straight up harassment at the minimum.

It is weird that nobody talks about how the godawful Hobbit movie trilogy killed a lot of interest in this. I just keep seeing reference to the LOTR trilogy as though nothing else hsppened in between.

But they checked all the boxes....

Personally, every LOTR fan I know watched the first episode and wrote it off as garbage. Its because of them that I never watched it. You cant anger the core fanbase for a product then get surprised they didnt stick around to finish it. They will talk shit, and turn away other people.

D

You know they can always restart the Expanse....oh wait diverse cast, messages about corporate greed, real science...

ok, thank you for that because i felt like i was going crazy that they had actually released the game

Made worse by how abused the “beta”/”Early access” tags are these days. With games going years in “beta” even though everyone knows that it is functionally released. No one expect a MONTHS long open beta with MTX to “unrelease” these days.

The July launch you referenced was the actual beta period. I participated in the closed alpha, which was last May, and then the game came back in July for an open beta before launching with season one in August. They have just now decided that the game was in beta the whole time because they fucked up so bad. You

I mention MoH mostly because it was the granddaddy of the genre. When the first CoD came out, MoH was the game it got compared too; they were both “realistic” WW2 shooters that were big on the jingoism, then they both transitioned to grimdark post 9/11 patriot shooters in the mid-2000s and have been stuck there ever

Unless this is some big reveal in the last year or so of which I’m not aware, Sony never signed a deal with EA to keep the games off the Dreamcast. EA didn’t want to support the Dreamcast because Sega was building their own competitors and the PlayStation 2 seemed like a better opportunity for EA. I’ve never seen any

You don’t even need the NFL license. You have ten years to make your own super popular football league!”

I mean, it’s exactly that. Exclusivity for everything has always been their plan; there was literally no reason to buy up all the IP otherwise; this is just execs getting pissed off that they’re not getting their way instantaneously and saying the quiet part out loud because for the first time in probably decades

This seems like a tacit admission on MS’ part that after the 10 year guarantees they’re signing to try and get the deal across the finish line expire, they are in fact going to do all the things that people are afraid they’re going to do (Xbox exclusivity for COD, etc.)?

Two best sisters play Resident Evil 4 (on YouTube)

One touch from the demo I actually appreciated was Leon being able to speak at least some Spanish. It was always wild to me that they dropped Leon in the middle of rural Spain without even a fucking phrasebook.

Even more anime trivia: The YOU ARE DEAD bit at the end references perhaps the most famous installment of World Masterpiece Theater: Dog of Flanders, an anime adaptation of an unbelievably sad 19th century children’s novel about a poor little boy who systematically loses everyone he loves until he’s just left with his

And I play it far, far more than my PC or Switch.
