I wish I could figure that out - I went in expecting to be able to instakill enemies with one shot to the weak point, but apart from watchers, every fight devolves into a mess of rolling and panicked fire arrows

You’ve got so much good stuff ahead of you! It just gets better and better - make sure to play the DLC too, it’s stellar (you have to make sure to play it before the final boss though unless you plan on a whole second playthrough)
