It’s also a case of US prisons being a common setting on TV. I’m from the UK and I have a much clearer idea of what US prison is like than our own, because it’s become an inescapable part of the zeitgeist.

You’re not wrong, although I hardly think the large prison culture and the fact that it’s a for-profit industry are a coincidence...
Yeah I definitely miss the class selection and tangible vehicles. There was something magical about selecting a pilot, jumping into an X-wing and taking off from the hangar that’s missing in this game.
Totally agreed with this. First day it seemed totally imbalanced, but the second day I learned I could trip up/orbital strike the AT-ATs. Now the win/loss ratio is pretty much 50/50!
Good call with the orbital strike, it took me a whole load of losses until I found out but they actually take off like 70% of an AT-AT’s health, it’s ridiculous! I’m pretty sure as soon as word gets around we’ll see a huge swing in favour of the rebel team.
Weird! It’s a bit odd how they lock the flight controls when the game is over, it leads to all of these explosive suicides that look a bit silly.
Here’s two fails of my own, first a trip to the quantum dimension:
This totally sucks, as she’s clearly talented and has obviously had a really bad time. Shame there’s no further details on Sony though, I was under the impression they treated indie studios really well.
It’s even more unbalanced than you know, this morning I managed to blow up both AT-ATs and still lose somehow!
Here we go:
I tied up both AT-ATs this morning too, but the timer still ran down just after the second one fell and we still got a defeat even though the shield generator was totally intact, it was weird. Currently trying to upload a video, but my PS4 doesn’t want to play ball for some reason.
Eesh, that sucks =(
Aren’t they fixing Skellige’s most wanted? It’s the single biggest complaint anyone’s got right now, and they’ve already fixed it for PC, it makes no sense for it not to be in this patch! It’s a total progression blocker, I’ve been stuck in the same place for two weeks now =(
I still have one of those Eidos City shirts somewhere!
cuuuute
Mrowww!
Kind of depressing they’d let a major character’s death slide by in the background like that, a kid and all.
I’m totally amazed that this runs at a rock-solid 60 fps, that’s a hell of an achievement, and this is coming from someone who doesn’t usually pay attention to frame rate or MGS bar 1 & 3.
Oh wow I didn’t know there was gameplay footage, thanks for this!
I’ll be really interested to see where they go with this. This trailer seems to imply they’re going for a totally different style, which would definitely keep things fresh. As awesome as the first one was, RPG maker isn’t exactly the most versatile engine.
