Super disappointed that this isn't a Party Down spinoff

Isn't Milo & Otis the movie where they through a bunch of kitties and puppies into a river and let them go over a waterfall to their deaths? I believe they are the reason movies mow advertise "No animals were hurt in the filming of this movie"
