Yes, it's pretty stupid.

Who fires 7 times after having the bullet jam in the barrel? Oh, this should clear that out, BANG!, oh, hmm, I better try again, BANG!....this was a Darwin Award trying to happen.

The ISP's are the ones who want to regulate us and inhibit innovation. Government oversight is called for to prevent bad actions that are not in the good interests of the users. A lot of our freedoms [supposedly] come from constitutional amendments that specify certain bad actions that an institution, Congress, is not

"And he's conflating a hatred with anything Obama stands for with a hatred for this particular stance, which is a rational and potentially bipartisan solution to a problem that affects everyone across the aisle"

unless you're wanting to game, the latency is fine. People use sat net all the tune in rural areas and that's with Geo sync birds. A leo constellation would have lower latency, depending on the implementation and location of ground stations.

We're not advocating for going outside, the opposite in fact.

Flailing newbies with absolutely no business adding the distraction of video cameras to their skydive. They are only alive because their automatic reserve deployment devices activated seconds before violent impact. Save the fucking cameras for later, guys. Your shitty training skydives aren't worth watching, and we

hmm looks like their ADD's fired off because neither of them pulled their chutes so it was a reserve ride...

Have I been reading the wrong gadget blogs? What awesome Microsoft hardware are you talking about? The Surface was an abject failure. Even Microsoft admits that. XBone was the worst product launch I have ever seen. Windows phone is languishing in obscurity. What is left, the Zune? Are you talking about the Zune?

Yes, It's baffling... that I spend $100 a month for a smart phone that is only smart for half the month. If it weren't for my worries about Sprint reception where I go frequently I would have already jumped to them

No, it was actually the FCC in that situation. But yes, throttling is bad, and everybody knows it.

That is a very sad screenshot.

AT&T thinks your negative experience is "baffling." Though I'm not sure that makes you feel any better about getting ripped off...

I'm one of the customers contemplating jumping ship to Sprint when I upgrade to an iphone 6. I watch maybe 1 hulu show a day at my desk and stream Pandora in my car. This month I was throttled by the 15th (!!!!) day of my billing cycle. I can't to shit on my phone. My data speed when I wasn't throttled at work was

That is a very negative attitude!

Unlimited means all the GBs of data you can push through those unthrottled pipes during those 31 days x 24 hours x 60 min. x 60 seconds.

I gave up my unlimited data plan on AT&T because they were throttling it at 5GB which meant the shared data plans were a better real value once you realized your unlimited plan wasn't really unlimited.
