Here's what I can't stand: people who jump to one side or the other without having all of the facts, yet acting like they know EXACTLY what happened that day.

The only element of the ATC system that is fully automated today, is the transmission of flight plans via basically a text message. Why is this news? I can't even count how many times I've had to power on a laptop, phone, or camera; although they haven't done that in years. This is not new.
