I’m not sure I understand the complaint here about controlling a player’s freedom of movement. If you want to argue that it sucks for a young player when he is drafted and forced to a team, that’s valid on some levels.

Billy is a terrible writer who thinks that sentences are more cogent the longer they are. That’s as far as it goes with him — an attempt to get to a more substantive center will just drive you loony.
