And if your pants keep falling down, use a belt.... there thats my lifehack. :)

Dealextreme.com $2

I dont like that one. But the only reason I'm saying that - is to point out: different strokes for different folks. And though the apple interface looks pretty slick... thats it... thats all you get. You dont get your fish. Maybe you really just love fish and your all about it... well sorry, Apple doesnt think its

Yeah a pretty useless app and hack if you have a DSLR. If you were shooting film, I suppose it might be good - but thats not what the article is showing.

After reading a similar post on LifeHacker a couple years ago, I wrote my own article on the topic on my photoblog - my technique is a little different.

Well with this aerial view, this puts google as best in my opinion. The only thing Bing had over google maps was the "birds eye view" (which is exactly what this is). Not to mention, unless you are using bing as a primary search engine (I'm yet to meet anyone personally who is), you're already in The Googlesphere,

Using a clip for its intended purpose as a clip, is not exactly a Life Hack.

This is not how to "Get your money's worth" this is how to make salad bars unprofitable. Perhaps showing how to get the best nutritional value (by the pound) would be more interesting of an article.

I just bought a Chumby One on woot for $50, I was hoping it will be sort of an ultimate alarm clock... but we'll see about that.

I dont read the NYT, so I guess I dont care - but this pricing model is ridiculous.

Altavista is just a shell - using yahoo's search results. Great for AOL users :)

One heckuva article. I like it. The one point I have is about seeking alternatives to surgery. Firstly, I dont know about chiropractors ... that whole practice is a bunch of quacks - but physical therapy is a better alternative to some issues. The problem alot of people have is they go see a surgeon. If you

If it really retails for $100, its got my attention. It says it will support pdfs, so it can be some sort of an ereader as well. I like the concept. I'd use it as a bedside notebook. I take notes while i read (non-fiction or business magazines and what not). Sometimes I make simple sketches of ideas I have.

Which would mean - since there are about a 100 models of droid tablets and only 2 models of ipad.... "most tablets DO have usb ports". :)

Its funny how the concept of multiple 'windows' or multiple apps at once would normally be considered a benefit... but now its twisted to a selling point. I'm sure there is some software (or malware, lol) that can stop you from opening more than one program at once on your laptop.

Lick it off.

I've noticed recently that google seems to have demoted profiles in their search results. I have a name thats not TOO unique, but previously - when I searched my full name, the front page of google would show the google profile right on the bottom of the page. I dont see it anywhere in search results now.

with all due respect - ONLY with regards to the profile layout, stylistically it only LOOKS like facebook, it clearly does not have any interactive social media components to it. Inferring it is or could be a competitor is a stretch.

Can anyone tell me what the going rate is for blog content writers? And how is it typically paid - I believe by word.

Even though I am a photographer, I'm exponentially more likely to be carrying a flash filter than a fruit rollup. Lol.
