Accountability has to start at the top. For this fine to mean anything, it has to come out of *EXECUTIVE* salaries.

I always feel out-of-touch when these lists not only have nothing I’ve played, but 75% or more I’ve never even heard of.

This.  Infrastructure and support are not the same everywhere, and for every person with reliable access to a fiber network, there are many more dealing with data caps, spotty service, and significant gaps in coverage.

I feel that internet service has to get far better for an all digital future to work. Or at least work for everybody on every economic scale. It’s easy enough for people in urban/suburban areas to find decent internet. Harder for rural areas or soldiers in the military.
