Damn you! I always forget about world quests. If there’s something they needed to crib from other games much sooner, it’s exactly that. No idea why they waited so long when Warhammer: Age of Reckoning had them and most every other major MMO after. They added the achievements and stat tracking very quick after WAR

My problem with newer classes is that they add so many abilities to speed up leveling and just general movement that it makes the older classes more of a bore to start new. I wouldn’t say I’m an altaholic because I only have a few that are high level, but very few of them excite me from a gameplay perspective anymore.

So far, coverage seems really positive and with no signs of the “well, the levelling was great but what now?” that almost immediately hit with Warlords. The way people have been talking about and covering this expansion strikes me as very different from how past ones have been received. As someone who has let their

It’s pretty obvious. Just think if there were some kind of trigger warning for music that had explicit content, advising parents not to let their kids listen. That would kill the music industry because then no one would be able to make the kind of music they want.

The real question is what’s going to be the URL I type when I go to manage my account?

My favorite was a player with 800+ hours logged in Ark who said that they had been ripped off and deserved a refund because they released paid DLC while in Early Access.

I think it works fine in the background or indirectly, like most of the storytelling really was in vanilla, but it doesn’t work as well when you pay so much attention to it. It’s a kind of humor that needs subtlety rather than full attention which means full attention undercuts some of the jokes.

Definitely a fan of that as well. I think that kind of humor works perfectly in the background or the sort of indirect storytelling that is most of the game. I’d just prefer to have a little more going on in the actual story if they’re going for full cutscenes and everything.

I feel like Cayde suffers from a real generic brand of humor that was littered throughout Destiny after TTK. It all feels too quippy to me, like an episode of Gilmore Girls in space. Cayde’s jokes tend to be a) I told you to do a thing and didn’t tell the Vanguard, they’re going to be surprised or b) I’ve been doing

Football players do it all the time if you watch closely after plays. It’s kind of a pump up thing. Also a “get your head in the game” thing. Etc. Your head doesn’t feel it but your hand does, which is usually why you see them slapping with their palm rather than punching. I would guess he didn’t like his performance

It actually does look like he punches his helmet and catches the ref on the other side. The only issue is that excuse doesn’t really help him any because the end result is a KO’d ref that got hit in the face by a player.

He wants the one with the bigger GBs.

The Xbox One can play some Xbox 360 games. If you’re interested in playing old games that are new to you on the cheap (rather than having to buy new digital copies or pay for a fairly expensive streaming service), that might be a better option. There are also usually a decent amount of better XB1 deals and bundles

Are they packaging a display with the Pro? No?

I doubt it’d have any effect on old games that don’t actually support 1080, but I can pretty much guarantee you that newer games taking advantage of the hardware will have benefits even if you don’t have 4K.

That’s the pitch if you don’t have 4K: the pro should be able to handle 60fps1080 if you’re not on 4K.

I think the bigger concern from past demos is that they don’t put the ambient dialogue in subtitles, so any teammate banter during fights will go untranslated.

Oh man. That poor kid was so traumatized from having been caught raping that woman that he can't enjoy steak :(

Rosewill had a white one with black keycaps (easy enough to replace) but they seem to have discontinued it. I’m guessing companies stick with these black and rainbow LED units because they sell best and they can make more money on the gamer mark-up.

All of the products in the post seem to be priced entry level. It may just be a consistency thing, or they’re specifically going after people who aren’t willing to spend more money for better stuff.
