You know, I read mostly jalopnik and oppositelock, but I find myself reading lifehacker some. I have truly learned some good info I apply at my job. Problem is, I work retail, specifically grocery. I don't find a lot of info regarding stretches and other physical activity that applies to people who are on their feet

I would agree. I ride a vtwin litter sport bike and it feels nucking futz. It only has 115 hp and a fair amount of torque. +1 on the aeropress. Went from large French press to this and haven't looked back. A bit more work but totally worth the buttery smooth clean espresso I get every morning.
