Good to see another Engineer here on the boards… I was there 10 years later and got to hang with Coolio after one of his concerts while he was scamming on some Sorority chicks… good times!

I guess this goes to show the lie dream of the Collective Soul

"I am the Lomax, I speak for LPs…"

Hudson is great and represents the band moving in some new and welcome directions… I also think that Hannah Hunt would fit very nicely in with Lisbon era Walkmen which is why it's one of my favorites on the record.  Even the songs that are not my favorites have some good moments that make them worth continued listens..

I read rootsier as "rooster" and chuckled…

I feel like Two Blue Lights off of Didn't it rain is a perfect song… minimal electric guitar and male female harmonies with killer lyrics that set a mood and tone… his talent will certianly be missed. RIP.

Finally picked up Signals after loving Vs for years and years along with digging Obliterati and some of there other new stuff… that would slightly trump TSTSTL for favorite Mission of Burma album I picked up this year..

I just realized something…. Andrew W.K. is WyldStallyns…. and he needs to go on a historical journey to collect Religious prophets from different religions in order to play his concert in Bahrain..

I'm sold on the Stereolab vibes… I found Deerhoof vs. Evil a bit forgetable but love their prior output… will pick it up on my way home from work.
