I was using the word fractional to mean “Very small; insignificant,” which is a listed definition. “Fractional majority” would not make sense in context, which is what I was counting on to convey the intended definition of “Fractional minority.”

Alright. So, in your view, what would make a piece of art like Piss Christ a non-appropriative work, possibly even a valid work (If you think that word is appropriate) is whether or not the artist is part of the faith they are critiquing. Catholicism, in this case.
