Given how the genetics of hair color seem to work in Game of Thrones, and given that all the Targaryens have silver hair, how can Rhaegar really have been Jon Snow's father since he has dark hair?

I was a little disappointed to see Daenerys handle the Masters without Yara's help. They set things up perfectly for this massive naval battle off the shores of Mereen, and then Dany burns one ship with her dragons and everyone just calls it a day.
A couple thoughts:
* What was everyone at Mereen doing for the last 8 hours? It was night at the end of the last episode, and when we return it's broad daylight. Tyrion's talking to Daenerys like she just arrived. Did she really sit around that whole time letting the Masters bombard her city and not do anything about…
I never thought it would be possible to miss Joffrey, but seeing Tommen sitting in the iron throne just made me think that he had absolutely no business there. Whatever else you could say about Joffrey, one thing you could never accuse him of was being weak.
Personally, I was quite happy for anything that brought an end to that scene.
Did anyone notice Cersei's line in response to Lady Glenna's verbal beatdown about her son being all she knows? It seems to echo the line from The Rains of Castamere, "That's all the truth I know."
