I think the main problem is that the game seems to have been at least loosely based on a real person, but it completely distorts who he is and what he does.

Don’t bother bragging or marginalizing something if you’re not going to do it yourself. “Pfft. I could do that” ALWAYS sounds pathetic if you’re not going to back it up.

It’s not a “good” thing, but it’s also not really surprising or bad. It just is.

You say “worthy” like you think an article on a blog site actually means something.

So, you just don’t understand the difference between criticism and prediction, then?

That’s right. How dare people call into question the validity of someone who critiques a product that doesn’t even exist yet.

So, what you’re saying is that you don’t know what a developer is? Game PUBLISHERS overhype, overprice, overpromise, overestimate.

This place is a prime example of why there’s really no point in ever apologizing for stuff like this. The people who like him don’t care about his over-the-top stuff, and the people who hate him will fuel that hate with anything he says publicly.

Kotaku comments: “Just stop covering this guy now; WE HATE HIM!”

The funny thing is that the reason people go to that word when frustrated has nothing to do with racism.

Saying you won’t profit isn’t the same as saying you won’t make any money. The idea may be to take enough money off of these purchases to cover development costs, and then whatever is left that would’ve actually been profit goes to the family.

As people have mentioned, this isn’t a new concept. It’s basically like lying about having a girl/boyfriend to placate nosy family members who like to concern themselves with your social life, or lack thereof.

Trump didn’t ruin anything.

I wouldn’t invite you over for dinner period; but I would probably not feel it necessary to be a condescending twat regarding your change of heart. I called you a cunt because you’re acting like one. If Pewd was doing anything besides just announcing a small format change and explaining his reasoning, your shitty

wow, what a cunt you are. -_-

As a man hating feminist I am triggered by the “man hating feminists” comment, and thereby didn’t notice or understand anything else about this article.

Ryuji was cool, but I only started really liking him when I found out that most players hated him. Don’t know why, but that makes him more likable.

Not that I think Swift is lying, but the fact that the guy lost his job over a COMPLETELY UNVERIFIABLE accusation is pretty scary. It’s amazing how easily you can ruin someone’s life just by accusing them of something.

There’s no link between telling violent jokes and being a violent person, so your analogy was stupid. In terms of a link to your actual propensities, it’s 100% the same as playing a violent game.

Only if you subscribe to the idea that telling a violent joke is linked to being a violent person in real life.
