Yeah that totally makes sense. Like you said, it’s on the distributor, not the store, and clearly the stores I’m shopping at, the brands they are carrying aren’t doing that sort of thing.

I’m not sure I’ve ever played a game with swimming sections where those sections weren’t also some of the worst in the game. I honestly can’t think of one.
“...cede all land from the Western lava flats to Bulloch Canyon” was a very, very nice tribute to the 1st (live action) on-screen Mandalorian.
I just want a cookbook. Being able to see the recipe for an already prepared dish is nice, but trying to recall the more complex dishes was a pain.
Yeah same, it feels like they took a rly creative approach to dealing with the two most common complaints I heard abt BOTW- namely weapon durability and how slow climbing can be esp when it’s raining... instead of getting rid of them they thought “Hmm how we can turn this into a way to encourage even more creative…
Farming does not bring me joy. That’s what weapon drops were in BotW. Grinding for consumables feels the opposite of earned. It quickly becomes a mindless time sink.
Today has been one of the worst days of my life and you made me laugh. Thank you.
Lucky for you the Japanese tend to have smaller portion sizes unless you’re the main character of a shonen.
I chuckled.
Could be a good couples activity/date night.
The models still move around and grapple and throw as they normally would in game, but they don’t animate. Like they’re being moved by unseen children.
and (until now) Star Wars has generally maintained that there are Good Guys and Bad Guys
Yeah I was also thinking that’s a good part to break up the seasons. Showing Ellie in the farm house and not dealing with her PTSD would make sense as a way to kick off the third season.
Almost as terrible as criticism without detail.
It’s interesting, because I look at what you wrote about how none of this shaped Joel’s decision and I think what you cite actually makes a pretty good case that it does shape his decision, even if it’s not his primary motivation.
Marlene’s explanation of Ellie’s ‘gift’ is that within her is something that makes the fungus think she is one of them, but this isn’t true: she’s been attacked multiple times by zombies. Either she’s lying to Joel for whatever reason or her information is bad, I’m not certain.
I thought Joel came off much worse on the show.
