I think it’s an LCD panel that’s set very far back in the CRT display. The cosplayer is coming from in front of the panel through a black cloth, giving it the appearance of coming through the set itself. It’s a really cleaver design.

Until I watched the behind-the-scenes, I actually thought they shot in a real, closed down mall, or at least the wing of one.

I’m going to send them my psychiatrist bills.

There’s also probably some theft deterrent reasoning there. Audibly alerts anyone within earshot if someone is trying to run out with a cart full of groceries.

I don’t have a Woodman’s by me, but that floor gave me PTSD from Pathmark in the late 80's to early 90's. When I would tag along with my parents to go grocery shopping and ride the carts like a go-kart and hit those tiles and shake like a earthquake was happening.

Where is it $10 a pint? Last time I bought Ben and Jerry’s(probably late last September) it was $5.49 a pint. I am seeing a pint of ice cream from mom and pop parlors tend to run around $8 a pint in the central NJ area.

But is it okay if I tell the scouts how my horrible life decisions led me to buying a trunk full of their cookies in the hope that for a fleeting moment, the cookies shine a ray of light in my otherwise worthless existence?

I prefer physical releases because as we’ve learned time and time again, digital is unreliable. Wii U and 3DS eshops are both shutting down in March. I’m not evening against digital releases, but if a company puts out a physial copy, I’m getting the physical, without a doubt. I can also sell it, if I want to in the

Casino’s and dive bars serve soda and water, are those meant for families too?

Exactly, and because the enemies for the most part are just binary code, they aren’t capable of caring for the kills they are racking up. It’s just another step towards the ending. I love how the discourse just supports the difficult and grey morality of the games. The exact discourse is the very same questions the

Sin City and Scott Pilgrim employed comic book paneling, com-positioning and transitions pretty well.

I haven’t been to one in almost a decade, but that mirrored my menu then as well. Only difference I remember was that the beer tankard was ceramic and the dessert was an apple pastry. I do remember when it was warmer, you can pet/meet the horses. Not sure if that changed since though.

I live not too far from Nettie’s and I plan on going there soon after hearing of their new policy and seeing some of the backlash around it. I really do applaud it. Not every establishment was meant to service all ages. Just in the surrounding area alone, I see so families at breweries, distilleries and wineries. Some

Which while simple on paper, is pretty damn brilliant of a move. Sure you can empathize with Joel. He has very real emotions and motivations, but Joel is also a mass murderer. That’s what some people can’t seem to wrap to wrap their heads around. Joel is both the protagonist and the villain of the first game.

The discourse around 2, made me see how many people misinterpreted the entire story/ending and how they couldn’t separate the character of Joel from that of a stereotypical game protagonist.

I got a Scream ad in front of Ant-Man over the weekend. Ad, not a trailer. It was AMC saying tix are on sale now, before the trailers started.

I’m replaying the original game while watching the show. I’m finding the game tends to lean towards anger/aggression compared to the show. It makes sense in that context due to the characters needing to kill in order to survive as the primary gameplay mechanic. It gives the player some emotional incentive to play

I think they’re covering the major points in the game pretty well. The greedy fan in me, wishes this season was a couple more episodes longer, but with three more, the game can be covered. Especially if they make them longer than an hour. They haven’t started shooting season 2 yet. It wasn’t officially greenlit until

My knee-jerk reaction was that as probably Dina. However, without so much a mention of a name, they’ll probably cast a different actress by the time season 2 starts.

I don’t disagree with you, and VR will only get better from here on out, but I still stand by my comment that it’s still a niche medium. There are just some forms of gaming that don’t benefit from VR and vise versa. It can’t fully replace the experience of some games that’s been built and fully realized as an
