For the last storm we had I made pizza from Kenji’s No Knead Pizza recipe. I also made some baked cajun wings. The next storm we get my gf wants me to make Alison Roman’s white bean stew. That may not be enough for me, so I’ll probably make another pizza(have a ton of flour and yeast still).

I watch it on youtube but primarily listen to the audio in the background. He’s stopped doing it lately, but he always used to wear a fedora in the earlier days. It was also so weird, considering he’s in what looks like his living room, and meanwhile everyone else looks all cozy and comfortable.
