Short answer is yes. I’ve both Destiny and Destiny 2 at launch, and Destiny 1, arguably had even less to do than Avengers did. Destiny 2, about the same but they learned from the original and had fixes and new content much quicker.

Yeah, it feels like it needs one more hook. It has all the basis of a good, original game, just nothing to base the core game mechanics around it.

I can see it lasting, if the dev can find a way to come up with different kills and ghost activity variances. The let’s play videos of these I’ve seen, everyone has kind of “seen everything” a couple hours into it.

Oh man, I did not expect the story to go in that direction. I was pretty emotionally floored the last episode. Rewatched the final minutes a few times, it was so beautiful.

Rockstar Dundee sounds like a cancelled Crocodile Dundee sequel. Also, an action figure variant of same character.

Emotionally I was more involved in Bly Manor than Hill House, but found Hill House a lot more scarier and well made. Bly is bit sloppy in areas, but goes for the heart and mostly sticks the landing on that front.

It scales to the difficulty and modifer you have set for it. Mayhem 10 is pretty high. I believe the highest(I haven’t played since Mayhem 3 was the cap), in fact. So if you can hang in that and succeed, you probably are deserving of all that loot.

I think most players are aware of what they are promising. What CD needs to do, is give the players a road-map, so we know when to expect these things. Everyone now, unless they’re trying to get high level loot, is just spinning their wheels.

I mean, it kinda of jives with the story. SLIGHT SPOILER....dogs are primarily your enemies during the game. So story reasons, I could see why you can pet them after the end.

Have you seen the Rambo and Robocop 80's Saturday morning cartoon shows? These characters’ legacies were cheapened decades their awful sequels.

I believe the only reason they weren’t cancelled, was because they were well into production. It will be a miracle if they make it passed 1 season.
