I’m wondering if it makes a difference if you played the entire game on Easy, rather than downgrading near the end. If it does, it could mean your characters were too OP by then and it would have been more balanced had you started on Easy from the beginning.

Not a spoiler at all.

Thanks for this, great read! This isn’t my favorite MGS, but it’ll be my favorite to talk about and pick-apart from beginning to end. Like most masterpieces tend to be.

If you’re referring to what I think you’re referring to(Gainax), what’s coming out currently is not a remake. It’s a sequel. I don’t think that’s what’s going on with FF7, but I wouldn’t be surprised if they started incorporating some Advent Children stuff towards the later episodes.

I’m curious if the players that enjoy Doom Eternal more than Doom 2016 are also big fighting game fans? Because to me, Eternal feels a lot like a fighting game. A lot of success relies on precision, and stacking of successful “combos” in order to score big bonuses(ammo, health, etc) and make a run(or match, like a

I co-sign on Popcorners. My local Shop-Rite has them at $2 a bag. I stocked up on the Jalepeno Cheddar and if those are out, the Spicy Queso. Also grabbed a 5 lbs bag of Sour Patch Kids: Watermelon for $6. I good for the foreseeable future, or end of, as it were.

I’m going to assume no Grant this season...awww schucks.

I have to agree to a point. I kind of treat them the same though as I do most games: keep playing until I have no more desire to. I get more than my money worth with these games and I NEVER buy the season passes only because I know I will grow tired of them before they finish out the seasons. I understand the appeal

Just my theory. I figured that’s how she operates considering the opening of that episode and the fact that the public think Veidt just “disappeared”. I assume Trieu made him an offer, he took it, and she imprisoned him.

I think Trieu is the one hwo imprisoned Veidt. She wanted his cloning tech, bought him out, much like how she did the couple in the beginning, in exchange for his own personal paradise. Just so she can get him out of way and get that much closer to Manhattan.

Came here to say the same. She offered Adrian paradise, in exchange for all he has, when in reality she just wanted him out of the way. I assume so she can reach or kill Manhattan.

Excellent review. Told me all I need to know and wanted to know about the game without spoiling a single thing.

The first three episodes are up now.

It’s a systematic thing. Yes, we know crunch is bad. We know it leads to issues, but if you don’t point out the issues, make publishers/developer leads answer for them, then it doesn’t change the system.

This is a critique and a open topic, up for discussion. It’s not a review. If you don’t want to add to the discussion, don’t participate. Complain by not opening up a reply window and typing.

The biggest shock to me, is that this came out this year.

For projects of this scale, you need to crowdfund. Especially with the loss of major toy stores like Toys R Us, to dwindling local comic book stores that won’t just stock up on a high ticket item like this, you need to crowdfund.

I’ve been watching John Wolfe, solely because I love watching him play terrible horror games, that I know I’ll never play.

Considering the state of the world, this should be one of the last things to ever feel ashamed of.

There wasn’t much to talk about really. It’s not a controversial release(post-release I mean), and it’s a pretty straight-forward game. I’m sure once the DLC news hits, there will be more to discuss.
