Truth.
Truth.
I'm more surprised to find that so many people give so much of a shit about the wolves, to be honest. Summer and Ghost actually have roles in the story, so that's one thing, but I have trouble getting worked up over a CGI pet that hasn't been seen in 2+ seasons.
I've been so excited about the prospect of Osha returning for so long, and then as soon as I realized what was happening tonight my heart sank to my shoes and a pit formed in my stomach. Reeeaaaaallly hoping she makes it out of this.
Eh. I'd rather just keep watching all of his other movies and benignly ignoring Moonrise. Something about it just doesn't work for me. It might be the child protagonists. The whole thing also seems less grounded in real emotion than Anderson's other work. The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou and The Grand Budapest Hotel…
Started rereading A Song of Ice and Fire this week; I'm approaching the halfway point of A Game of Thrones. I figure if there's any truth to the rumors of an early 2017 release date for The Winds of Winter, I want to give myself enough time to do my reread at a leisurely pace.
I do not like these pop culture animals.
I seriously had no idea until now that that was her on Community. I'm now much more sympathetic towards everyone in the Superman universe who's been fooled by Clark Kent's chunky glasses.
Good news, I really dig Young Adult.
What do you want, I grew up 20 miles from Alcott's childhood home. It was a perennial field trip destination.
You're right, literacy is lame as hell.
Where's Jane Austen? I see no Jane Austen.
I guess his ratio is a good bit better than I realized. I think his output would improve drastically if he'd just take a year off between films.
I love Allen's work from the 70s and 80s, but I tend to pretend he doesn't exist in the present unless whatever his current project is is getting good enough reviews that I feel compelled to see it. That seems to be the case less and less frequently.
Oooooooooh, right right. I kind of forgot there was a third brother and rolled Euron and Victarion into one character in my head, and I forgot the name "Aeron" so the other one became Euron. I actually just started re-reading the series two days ago; it looks like I need it more than I thought.
There was a Drowned God priest in season 2 that I assumed was Euron, but this was a new actor so I guess it wasn't.
Yes, this. I suspect Roose's plan was to dispose of Ramsay somewhere down the road and that Walder's inaction might suggest that he was privy to it. I guess all that's academic now, but we'll see what happens with this new wrinkle in the coming weeks.
Oh I don't for a second think he'd act out of a desire to avenge his daughter, but I can't see him too happy about Ramsay taking out a half-Frey potential heir to the Warden of the North. If Ramsay were still single I could see him just marrying another Frey, but since his marriage to Sansa still stands Walder and the…
This only occurred to me now, but do we think Ramsay killing Walda and her son will result in some Bolton/Frey tension? The Twins have been quiet enough to seem irrelevant as of late, but I'm wondering if Ramsay's violent dissolution of the alliance Roose made by marrying Walda is going to cause him some problems down…
Hasn't Natalia Tena shown up on a cast list for season 6? That probably means more Rickon, unless they plan to kill him offscreen.
