Pretty sure the REAL cops are going to pull you over and ticket your ass seven ways to Sunday if you drive this.

185 km/h*

I bookmarked this page only.  I wouldn’t miss Rob’s offerings.  I will look at The Morning Shift if I need a laugh.  Rarely anymore for a front page visit.  The talent drain was too much.  The topics have lost my interest.  It’s been a sad slide...

Why is Jalopnik hiding the Nice Price or...? articles.  It’s practically the only think I come to this site for any more, and they’ve been removed from the front page.  Maybe if we ask nicely we can get the Gawker people to take over this place again.  At least they knew how to run a website.

Here in Finland less than a quarter of cars have AWD and it snows everywhere. It’s not an issue unless you are an idiot.

A waste of money ?!

>$30k for a well done replica? Maybe if it was one of those Stratos kits...

What is not intuitive for an automotive journalist doing a review over a few days becomes intuitive for actual owners over a few weeks of acclamation.

Still better fit and finish than a Te....nevermind don’t need that fire this early in the week.

I’m a field geologist: the obvious answer is a Subaru outback, the default vehicle for field scientists. Now I’ve coworkers with rav4s or similar, and some like trucks, but the combination of long distance comfort, undeveloped road capability, fuel economy, and carrying capacity is difficult to beat.

Sorry, but I can’t get past the fact that there’s a Facebook Camry Owners group. Do they argue over what hue of beige is the best?

Depends where you live. Here in Quebec, if you’re not in Montreal or Quebec City, you’re SOL. You can easily be a 8-10 hour drive away from them. And yes, before any one asks, Volts/Bolts do get sold in the boonies here as well. Electricity is dirt cheap everywhere in Quebec, gas... is not.

Get a backup car.

Chevy has DCFC at most of their dealerships, though not nearly as fast and available as Tesla’s, but they’re trying. Most are 25kw chargers, but all are free.

Arrrrrrrgh! I HATE THIS CAR SO MUCH!
1) That grille is going to be a pain in the ass to clean. Bugs, the shit they put on roads up here in the real world in the winter time (let’s just say the department of highway maintenance has a very loose definition of sand.) and yet more bugs. Big loose PLASTIC grills mean a
