I believe I would rather have a CTS-V 2 door than either of these. the Blackwing is going to be a parts sourcing nightmare when it breaks and I am not so sure the V6 timing chain failure at 100k miles or so has been solved by GM. I am waiting for the price of a 640HP Supercharge 6.2 V8 to come up in the range I am

Even the SVO’s light as they were were no match for an 87 5.0 v8. and you of course had to wonder when that pinto motor would pop a head gasket and ruin your day. they are pretty cars and compared to the stuff we deal with now were still very light, they just suffered from cheap ass ford as their daddy.

even with the retarded wing it looks to be in decent shape and the price is probably fair. I am still, just like in the 90's not impressed with Ford engineering using 1 too few head bolts and then fearing for a blown head gasket at anytime. but this would be fun to see if a coyote 5.0 fit in there or even a 300Hp

They were definitely cooler looking, but the tendency for the poorly engineered motor to blow head gaskets was the achilles heal. I would still like to have an 87 T bird turbo coupe. Just had to swap the motor if you wanted to daily it. either a 5.0 back then or maybe today the ecoboost 4. I have not heard yet if it

What is really bad is they do not seem to have learned their lesson in the late 70's/early eighties.

Elon seems to be famous for over promising and under delivering. this seems to be opposite of what should really be happening at any business, but his cult seems to not really notice the failings. guess we shall see how it goes, but this shortage of fuel cells when they actually make there own should be a

And to be honest, this article was a waste of time which Erin owes us all some of our life back for accidentally reading.

like the woopee cushion app? Can’t stop the screens from forming line like an 80's computer, but got time to eff around with fart apps.

I think you called him the wrong thing, it is not Twitterer, it is just Twit.

I think if the alternatives can somehow lay down V8 power AND reliability as well as ease of repair as a tried and true GM LS motor or even a Dodge Hemi, then you might sway some people. the 3.5 Ford with hair dryers has swayed a few, but not all. the Coyote is actually powerful and seems to be much more reliable than

that is the reason the challenger now comes stock with a 300 hp v6. The hellcat draws them in and then they buy a V6 because it is good enough and not 70K. but in the 3rd gen of the Cuda./Barracuda. I doubt highly that many came with a slant six. Maybe more with 318's especially as you got farther into the 70's. I

perhaps the Type 3 was better, I don’t know I guess, I just know Beetles required spare points, belts and gas pedals to be handy as well as the tools required to swap them. regardless of age, they just seemed to be part of the charm of ownership.

How about we just name you Chris Bangle JR.

it will be a rocky transition, I still don’t see in this article what they plan to do to keep the performance. The other side of this is the plaid Tesla is very much not as grin inducing as the hellcat anything. the only reason it has thrived as it has is because it does too things. it brings the people buying V6

What that looks like is just another thing to fail outside of the Turbo German motors. Honestly I am torn on this one, it is quite ugly, but is does have awd and for a daily I am not concerned about looks, but this is a decade old B(reak) M(y) W(allet) and it has power adders which are notorious for failing on German

I dig the Volkswagon. At least they are pretty simple to work on, just sucks how much you have to and the spare parts you almost have to have stowed in the car for any venture out on the road.

it might be a nightmare getting what they are worth from an insurance guy, I am sure they have a blue book or something that is not up to speed on the current trends

I posted pics elsewhere too, I agree the later version is better balanced and has the better v8's, but the early Barracuda was pretty homely and have craptastic 273's as the best motor. it was not really until they abbreviated to CUDA that they seemed to get really rowdy engines.

It would be for differentiation. Outside of the maybe a handful of vehicles, very put electric power in a sporty car. I suppose like Honda if you needed exhaust note you could just fake it with the stereo system. but you could of course still have analog driving experience, and honestly much of the drive by wire crap

So, Elon the Turd is physically operating on and experimenting on live animals to play games. What a complete and total pud.
