Did I miss something? Any explanation for leaving out a bunch of 70s films? Godzilla Vs Hedorah, Godzilla Vs Gigan, and the two Mechagodzilla films?

I recently did a Twitter poll and asked people “What color was Willy Wonka’s hat?” The majority said purple.

Cesar Romero did not debut his Joker in the “Batman” theatrical film, he debuted it on the first season of the TV series. The movie was released in between season 1 and season 2.

Did everybody forget they were both in “Walk Hard”, playing iconic rock stars that neither of them look anything like?

The late Jack Davis did illustrate that cover of TV Guide, but it was MAD Magazine artist Paul Coker Jr who designed the characters for most of the Rankin Bass Christmas classics, like Frosty The Snowman and Rudolph.

Are you guys sure you know what a Wilhelm scream sounds like? Because it’s not that.

Every one of these little pricks has already won The Game Of Life.

Hmm, well, last year I took an Ancestry dot com test and it led to me finding my birthparents, so I’m going to ahead and say *not* bullshit.

There are quite a few illustrations where that’s obvious. If you look up the Hildebrandt Bros SW work, they used the Falcon toy for reference several times!

That guy with the “Nobody ever asks How’s Waldo?” is paying “homage”(?) to a classic New Yorker cartoon by Paul Noth.

Um, yeah, but I’m not super down with their version of Mace Windu:

These are Imperial Stormtroopers. Finn is a First Order stormtrooper. One can assume that after whatever happens on Jakku (which is why all that Imperial hardware is left there to rot) there was no Empire for a few decades. Then the First Order rose and decided, for perhaps obvious reasons, to use a different method

Did everybody forget that Leia gave Chewie a big hug earlier in the movie? It just seemed to me that at the end they both had more immediate priorities and would grieve together offscreen later. Like she says to General Dodonna “We don’t have time for our sorrows, Commander”.
