Well having a small orchard you should have a machine.

'14. I didn't read the fine print, since I had no interest in a truck at the moment. But I do think rebates could push the MSRP down to 30k with a diesel. I mean 5k is pretty standard on outgoing models. Also, if they're thinking an MSRP will be above 35k, they're wasting their time trying to sell the oil burner.

I did just get a thing in the mail for 9000 in rebates on a 42,000 Silverado... so it could happen with rebates.

Farming.

Welcome to the Internet where even cherries become a political hot button issue!

Sours are really catching on. Perhaps they'll return to bulk commercial production in the next ten years or so. Not because people bake more, of course... the juice may drive opportunities to find fresh in more locations.

Sour cherry crops tend to be pretty spotty. I tried to mix sweets to make it through the winter. I ended up with two bad pies instead of one delicious one! ;-)

Because you need to add more sugar to balance the acid? Embrace the sour! I use my Aunt's recipe for pie, which came from a 1940's era cookbook. The only thing I change is dividing the sugar by 4 and adding vodka to the crust.

The small orchards I have been to have machines to do this for you. Unless you're stuck buying from a grocery store or your time is worth $2 per hour, by all means pit away.

The fifties were 60 years ago. Nobody is going to like anything you do to your home, aesthetically... sixty years from now.

Well you can cross that off your life list. When I got married I shifted most of my business to my wife's account. They were paying less interest on checking and their online system was terrible BUT we were newlyweds. Surely financing a home purchase would be easier with them.

If we charge five different fees, never add them up and say that one of the fees is well below industry average... nobody will ever know we are stealing their retirement.

But why would you want your hotspot tethered to your car, unless they discount the cost. Just leave a mifi in the trunk and when you want to do something with it, it is portable.

Misrepresentation? I stated my assumptions very clearly. They're also assumptions based in reality, backed up in fact. I live in a world with Roth 401ks and a world full of young people with college degrees making less than $15 per hour.

ROI

Simple formula, already stated:

Again, you're assuming one is maxing out a Roth because they have nothing else to do with their money... like pay taxes on their income that they cannot deduct because they're using a Roth.

I disagree. One has to pay taxes on the $5500 put into an IRA. The cost of that investment, might be $6470 or higher, depending on your tax bracket.

You're assuming one is contributing the maximum and would like to contribute more.

Could you show me your math? A Roth IRA has less earnings because the starting pile is smaller.
