Stop and frisk did in fact work. Stop and frisk may of actually be unconstitutional, but it’s a tough one. Let crime run rampant or try to do something about it. Either way you lose.

I would imagine that if citizens didn’t burn their own cities down and beat up their neighbors that maybe just maybe this country could be fixed.
