That flawed approach - “Sin Tax” - is a self defeating policy. Look at Tobacco taxes as just one example of many. These taxes were all meant fund other things while also pushing people to stop doing what government decided it didn’t want people doing. RESULT? people are smoking less and the funding is drying…
