As this season stumbled through its final three episodes of way too convenient phone calls and exceedingly damning evidence accidentally found in clothes dryers, desk drawers but never as a result of any police work, season one of The Killing started to come to mind.

I hope Sean keeps reviewing this show, because he clearly has an interest in it and reviews never have to actually accord with my own opinion (which is that this show is a solid A). His perspective is interesting.

Is it a “coincidence” that the left-wing MSM are reporting this? Clearly this is a liberal false flag exercise to distract us from the truth that Hollywood elites and their loose morals and gender-fluid sexual godlessness are destroying our fine republic!!!

Yeah, them lefty communists should save their ranting for real issues, like taking a knee during the national anthem.

I’ve loved episodes 1 - 4. This episode was the show at its best and worst. Paulson continues to shine as a brilliant actress, but in a role I’m sick of seeing. Kai’s movement was made to look silly and funny in this ep. I lost the sense of horror completely.

I actually thought last week’s episode was just as fine; but the show did need a break from Paulson’s character being front-and-centre.

I think this season is pretty clever; what’s the worst possible nightmare for an urban, sensitive progressive? To have their own kind turn on them and find that the only refuge is provided by their insane, ranting political enemies (I mean, she’s believing in “chemtrails”).

I suspect you might be right. In relation to the plot, it’s a bit like the show’s first victim, he could see the holes coming. The cast is acting its collective ass off,
