Love Wright, although Scott Pilgrim is one of only three movies I've turned off halfway through. Been waiting all year for this.

It only works if you're overcooking crappy burgers. If you're eating barely pressed, juicy rare burgers as god intended, the difference in texture is readily apparent. For fast food burgers that are well done, it's probably a boon.

I was disappointed not to see it on any restaurant menu on a recent trip to Italy (Rome, Florence, Venice, and surrounding areas). I didn't seek it out, but was curious enough to try it had I seen it.
