Um, duh?

I’m generally annoyed by this little buzz word that some people seem to like so much . . . but this is correct.

This is creepy as fuck. A few more well-publicized incidents like this one and a few glowing reviews from law enforcement - “if it weren’t for the presence of/evidence gleaned from this device . . .” and these little household spies go from voluntary to mandatory, followed by the wristwatch version, followed by the

sorry, wrong post. damned infinite scrolling.

Speed was never Paul’s biggest strength and he’s had shit knees for a while now too. I don’t think those other guys were slowing him down.

Duuuude! My two year old son barfed on himself right as we were about to land recently. It was just him and me sitting in the aisle and middle seats and a random woman in the window seat. The flight attendants were already buckled in. I frantically dug in my bag for my meager supply of wipes and tried to get him

I guess I feel you on trying to go out for a good time and getting . . . something else. Expectations can lead to disappointment. But having complex, maybe even slightly negative-seeming experiences with narratives (whether in movies or books or whatever) are super valuable and, as a parent, I’m pretty stoked when one

Right. This is dumb but it’s good for KP. The more Jackson shits on his trade value the fewer assets his destination team will have to give up. It’s a win-win! Unless you’re the Knicks. No winning for you.

Um, that seated spread legged picture?

It’s impolite to rub people’s faces in their bad fortune (or poor choices). Dickish even, some might say.

Did someone say Landry Fields?

Anybody know how this one went for the gamblers out there? I heard the spread for this game was something like W’s -9.5 (those oddsmakers are good at their job!). The Cavs kept playing hard a possession or two longer than I would have expected . . . that last JR bucket might have spoiled a lot of bets.

Yup. This whole post is just guessing in a case of “he said, he said” anyway, so why not? Ley seems to be pretty sure who’s telling the truth but it seems just as likely to me that it didn’t happen the way Draymond says.

Not so much hot take but alternative opinion: Green is the one making things up and Durant is telling the truth. I think Draymond just couldn’t resist a) taking credit for getting KD and b) how cool and dramatic it sounds to say that he called him directly right after the game. Sounds like a bullshit story.

Isn’t it kind of weird that we’re talking about what Democrats’ policies should be only as a means to getting elected? Like, is anyone concerned with accomplishing these things for any reason other than if it helps win elections? What is winning elections even for then?

What is going on?! Someone wants us to feel unsafe so that we’ll . . . what? I don’t know, but these attacks aren’t coincidence. Even if it is ISIS or some similar fanatics killing handfuls of people can’t be their real goal. What’s disturbing me is the idea that attacks like this are only the means, not the end.

Wait, am I to take it that I am talking on a land line in this scenario?

nah, but you sure can sell it!

Q: what’s your opinion on the age-appropriateness of WW for young girls? I would love to take my 5-year old daughter to this as her first superhero movie but I’m a little wary of graphic violence and she can get spooked relatively easily (Darth Vader was too much for her). Is the tone of this as dark/gritty as the

That was my read too. Dubs were pretty close to the best version of themselves tonight and the Cavs were barely recognizable.
