Try using an automatic downloader that uses an RSS feed to autodownload shows. A lot of them are fake (and those are usually released before the show actually aired). But, it's an automatic system and the system doesn't know the air date...

If I were at one of the major broadcast companies I would push to Torrent our TV shows (that are shown on free, broadcast TV) at the same time as when they are shown on TV, with one difference. I would Torrent them with national TV advertisements.
