Blah, blah, new material please.

Wikipedia is giving me 532 for the TDI in the R18, but that one is a hybrid that would push it over 570HP. I'll give you a pass on this one.. :)

What kind of HP does the R18 have anyways? With restrictors (and the fact that it's diesel) I'd bet it's not more than 570HP...

Shit! That makes me look even worse doesn't it?

At least get the grammer right! TOO common

All I saw in that list was "Tax evaders."

That is decidedly better than my 140HP, FWD, manual hatch.

No, you fail the Jalopnik test, go back under you bridge.

Actually, spinning the mass is relatively free (inertia). Accelerating the mass is not free, there are some pumping losses, but it's not worth the cost of a new starter motor.

I never said that Non-hybrids couldn't have electric steering, my own car has electric steering but isn't a hybrid...

No they don't, in a non-hybrid there's no way to have hydraulic pressure without the engine running. Both 'normal' power steering and brake assist require hydraulic pressure.

This guy's got it. MPGs in the moving vehicle has much more to do with friction with the air than within the engine.

Bullllll shitttttt

Gotcha, yeah, that is a good bit higher than the sixth gear in the manual transmission which is just under 2000RPM at 70MPH.

That's true, so I wonder what it's max velocity is when traveling out of the Earth's atmosphere? Either way, in relation to those on Earth, the Space Shuttle (or anything that's not in geosynchronous orbit) move pretty damn fast.

I edited it about 1 minute after I first posted it because I thought it would be better to have the speed of travel. Perhaps your page was loaded in that hot minute where the extra verbiage didn't exist.

Umm... no I didn't, "Orbited the Earth at 17,320MPH"

Not sure that this particular polymer is made from petroleum, is it for sure? Looks a bit too synthetic to me...

Not exactly what I'd call a vehicle. Maybe a vehicle of PAIN! (and mean sunburns)
