Inconel has long been used in Formula 1 exhaust manifolds. And if your car is turbocharged there's a good chance that there's some inconel in there as well...

You'd be limited to train for most parts, because they're too large for truck transport. And then some parts wouldn't even fit on trains without special cars and routes.
