Most diesels don't have throttle bodies. They shove as much air as possible into the cylinder and then regulate engine power by the amount of fuel that goes in rather than the amount of air/fuel mixture.

Well as far as I know African governments don't exactly have the money to pay for the development of a vaccine all by themselves. So it's either the "Western World" or Asia that going to do the development of the vaccine ($$$). Sorry, but I don't see China clambering to pay.
