I could probably spend a few minutes searching the web, but - what’s the benefit of being a ‘public’ company if the shares can’t be traded and there are no dividends? Whose banking the profits?

Land_Yacht_225’s description actually got me slightly intrigued by the Blackwood (one-year production run! captain chairs! carpeted, covered bed!), until I looked at the listing and realized its a late 90s/early-2000 Ford (plastic, ugly, & crap — side note, I’ve owned a few cars, and the only one I have no desire to…
Luckily I don't have any. Since I got my first 'cool' car ('94 Taurus SHO), I've always done everything myself and/or had a friend help/do it, partly from all the dumb stories I've heard from friends and family from seemingly simple things gone wrong at a shop (ie - only doing half an oil change (flushing but not…
Yep. I remember being excited last year when they were playing well a month or two in and the highest team BA by a wide margin (crazy team BA of like .320; 2nd best team .270). Then they got swept for what seemed like the whole month of june/july/august . At least it keeps $10 tickets readily available.
Coors Field is the bomb for spending a nice relaxing summer night. And the cover charge is only $10 (from a scalper). Surprisingly the cost of a beer is about the same as at Fenway (except you get 24oz, not 12!).
...Or perform like a wheel on a lambo?
...and then driven over a curb (to explain bent rim)?
But the tire looks to hold air so the wheel is probably just fine; just needs a good balance.
Poor LeSean. Hopefully he hasn't allocated all of his $12m salary so he can afford a coat and higher energy bills for his mansion. And if I got traded from a 10-6 team to a 9-7 team, I'd be rather pissy too, especially if I didn't think my skillz are worth a win or two.
If Kia builds something close to this and the GT4 Stinger concept, the chances of me buying a used Kia in 5-10 years increases from 0% to 50/50.
Interesting - 3 Fords, 0 GMs
One of the most unique/cool cars that I sat in at last years auto show (granted it was only the Denver auto show). Thought the interior was rad.
I was referring to the 'RHD 1996 1,200 mile F50' link...the 288 GTO EVO doesn't look god awful (if you aren't looking at the front).
I need to educate myself on how the F50 ended up looking like a thrown together kit car. Hopefully that icing tastes good cause it looks like turds.
