Most Vita games have been optimised to make use of the front and back touch screen/panel. For some of them, it's a requirement, e.g. Little Deviants. This thing doesn't let you use touch controls. Therefore, the Vita is not yet obsolete.

Well it seems the DualShock 4 can also connect to the box, albeit for a different purpose. But if we can use the DS4 to play Vita games, maybe the front touch pad?
